Membership dues in the Chamber of Commerce are tax deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Dues paid to the Chamber are not a charitable tax deduction for federal tax purposes. The Chamber is not a charitable organization, but serves as an advocate for business. Dues are payable in advance on or before the membership anniversary date. Membership in the Chamber continues from year to year unless resigned in writing or otherwise terminated (Warner Robins Area Chamber of Commerce By-Laws, Article III) The Annual Dues Investment amount is subject to change at time of renewal.
