Annual Chamber Awards

Each year at the Chamber's Annual Meeting, the Chamber of Commerce presents Warner Robins’ three most prestigious awards for outstanding community service.

The Senior Advisory Council is responsible for receiving nominations for these awards and making the final selection. We now seek your help in identifying our community’s most dedicated citizens.

You may make a nomination for any or all of the awards below by completing the form below. 

Or, if you wish, you may contact any member of the Senior Advisory Council or Aura Lee Durham at the Warner Robins Area Chamber with your nomination suggestion. Nominations may consist of a name only for consideration by the Council, or the nomination may be submitted with either outline or narrative documentation. Deadline for receipt of the nominations is 5:00 pm, Friday, December 11, 2009.

You are not required to nominate for all three awards.  You may use this form to make a nomination for one, two, or all three awards.
CHARLIE L. JONES AWARD
Presented to the community’s most outstanding citizen, for sustained and superior service to the community. The recipient’s service activities usually span a number of years and may involve a number of businesses, civic, governmental, cultural and/or religious activities.

Presented to the community’s most outstanding elected or appointed official or employee of any governmental agency. The award is made for exceptional, outstanding service in the performance of duty.
